Uncontested divorce
You both agree, or nearly agree, and want it done properly, quickly and for a fixed fee.
Usually 3 to 5 months from first call to final judgment

Is this you?
You and your spouse agree on the main points: children, home, money
You want one clear process and one clear price
You would like a lawyer to check that the agreement is fair and complete
The process
How it usually goes
Private first call
A 30-minute call to understand your situation and confirm the case is a good fit for the flat fee.
Your written plan
We list every decision still open and the documents we need, so nothing is missed later.
Drafting the agreement
We prepare the settlement and parenting plan, and revise them with you until they are right.
Filing and judgment
We file everything, deal with the court and send you the signed judgment.
In more detail
An uncontested divorce does not mean an easy one. It means you and your spouse have done the hardest part already: deciding, together, how to separate your lives. Our job is to turn that understanding into an agreement that is complete, fair and accepted by the court the first time.
We check the details people often miss: retirement accounts, tax years, health insurance, holidays in the parenting plan, and what happens if one of you moves. Then we handle the paperwork and the court, so you do not have to.
If you do not agree on everything
Many couples agree on most things and are stuck on one or two. A short mediation session often resolves those, and the case can stay on the flat fee.
