Privacy notice
We collect only what you choose to send us: your name, contact details, the kind of matter and any message. We use it to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Form entries are stored by our website provider and in our email. We keep enquiries that do not become cases for 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner by emailing hello@hartwell.law.
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you.
